Role Description:

We are offering an unpaid remote internship for students or young professionals who want to gain real-world experience in a fast-growing international startup.

You’ll learn how a company operates, contribute your ideas, and work on meaningful projects that impact learners globally.

As an Exzellent intern, you’ll also get free access to our platform’s counseling and learning support, including language learning and career guidance to help you prepare for jobs or studies in Germany.

Location: Remote (Headquarters in Cottbus, Germany)

Duration: Flexible | Unpaid Internship

Responsibilities:

• Research and collect data for projects and market analysis.

• Support team operations and outreach initiatives.

• Prepare reports and presentations for internal use.

• Collaborate with international team members on creative ideas.

Qualifications:

• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Very good command of German (C1) and English.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• Organized, motivated, and eager to learn.

• Currently studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.
